Senior Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Own moderately complex client engagements and deliver client work with limited oversight
• Execute comprehensive compensation solutions, from strategy development through structure modeling
• Provide advanced compensation expertise including benchmarking, market pricing analysis, and salary
• Lead escalations and complex conversations alongside senior team members
• Support revenue team on prospect and renewal calls
• Mentor and develop Compensation Analyst I and II team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on compensation experience
• Deep working knowledge of benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure design, job architecture
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated track record of mentoring and supporting other professionals
