📋 Description

• Support global compensation program administration and improvements.
• Provide compensation guidance to HR partners and TA; escalate complex matters.
• Maintain global salary structures and job architecture; support annual cycles.
• Use AI, automation, and reporting tools to improve processes and data quality.
• Analyze market and internal equity to identify gaps and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related area.
• Advanced Excel skills: lookups, conditional formulas, pivot tables, large datasets.
• Strong analytical judgment to identify inconsistencies and make practical recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy across multiple systems and data sources.
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
