Senior Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Ensures all compensation programs align with legal requirements: FLSA, pay equity laws
• Leads annual merit cycle; conducts market research on salary budgets, supports system preparations
• Partners with Head of Total Rewards and Finance team on annual short term incentive payout and
• Leads job description harmonization project; creates job descriptions; may perform job evaluations
• Develops, maintains and enhances compensation models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel
• May participate in salary surveys submissions and data analysis to ensure accurate market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience supporting Canadian and US compensation
• Hands-on experience and expert level proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, lookups, pivot
• Professional compensation certifications (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) strongly
• Professional written and verbal communication with employees, managers, vendors, and senior
• Interpretation of compensation data, cost modeling, and financial impacts
