🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years of experience compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data using spreadsheets
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex formulas
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, internal equity assessments, and market
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
