Senior Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking for India-based roles.
• Track compensation trends, statutory updates, and practices in India.
• Maintain salary structures, pay bands, and job leveling frameworks.
• Assist with annual compensation cycles: merit, promotions, salary reviews.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, and transfers.
• Identify pay compression or equity issues and propose corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Strong understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking, pay structure design.
• Experience with compensation survey tools (Mercer, Aon/Radford, WTW, Zinnov).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and large data analysis.
• Familiarity with India compensation practices and statutory benefits.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
