  • Drive end-to-end compensation & benefits strategy (pay ranges, total rewards) aligned with our culture.
  • Lead annual salary reviews with partners to ensure fair, competitive outcomes.
  • Evolve job and reward architecture; monitor market shifts and keep structures ahead.
  • Provide proactive analysis and clear recommendations to Talent & Culture Partners and Leadership Team.
  • Design and refine short-term incentives and RSU frameworks.
  • Navigate AI-shaped comp landscape: benchmark roles and reward impact of AI.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid expertise in compensation and benefits: benchmarking, pay structures, incentives.
  • Strong analytical skills: benchmarks, pay equity, budget modeling, and surveys.
  • Working knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
  • Ability to own compensation topics end-to-end and drive them forward.
  • Clear, confident communication translating data into stories for partners and leadership.
  • A genuine curiosity about where work and rewards are heading — AI, skills-based pay, and impact.
