📋 Description

• Drive Dropbox’s compensation philosophy, design and programs for client teams.
• Build consultative relationships with HR partners and leaders on compensation.
• Advise on complex compensation matters with analytics and alignment to business goals.
• Lead design and implementation of global compensation programs and processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions with data-backed recommendations.
• Proactively research compensation practices and trends to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• 7+ years in-house or advisory experience, tech or compensation.
• Experience with job evaluation, market matching, pricing, global practices.
• Client-facing experience with Corporate Groups or EPD teams.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication; influence.
• Excellent analytical skills; synthesize data into insights.
• Advanced Excel; Tableau, SQL, or AI for compensation analytics a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adaptability and change management.
