🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in related field.
7+ years of experience in-house or advising, preferably in tech compensation.
Experience with job evaluation, market matching, pricing, cycles, and global practices.
Adaptable with ability to influence executives and peers.
Client-facing experience with Corporate Groups or EPD teams.
Strong written/presentation/verbal communication; analytical skills.
