🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in compensation with program ownership
  • Experience with equity compensation, benchmarking, and modeling
  • Strong business acumen; influence senior stakeholders
  • Lead annual compensation review cycles
  • Advanced analytics with AI-enabled tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree/CCP/GRP preferred
