Senior Compensation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead complex compensation initiatives involving job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews
• Serve as a subject matter expert across compensation administration, including executive
• Manage and support incentive compensation programs, including eligibility reviews, scoring, award
• Lead the build-out and ongoing development of incentive compensation processes within Workday
• Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and organizational leaders to identify, assess
• Lead major and complex compensation projects while contributing to broader Human Resources programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10 years of professional experience in compensation.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR
• Demonstrated ability to analyze compensation data, market trends, legal requirements, and program
