Senior Compensation Consultant, 6-Month Contract

📋 Description

• Support annual compensation processes, including merit, promotion, and equity cycles, from planning
• Validate compensation data, maintain accurate models, and prepare analyses, reports, and
• Coordinate new-hire, promotion, and internal-move equity awards with Finance, Legal, Accounting
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity analyses.
• Provide thoughtful, responsive compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Support projects focused on process improvement, pay equity analysis, program documentation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation experience, ideally in a fast-growing or global organization or a
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop evidence-based
• Use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel confidently, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and
• Manage compensation processes or projects from planning through implementation.
• Communicate complex topics clearly in writing and conversation, while building effective
