📋 Description

• Lead the development, execution, and ongoing evolution of the global compensation strategy and
• Develop and scale global pay structures, job families, localized pay bands, and total rewards
• Conduct ongoing global compensation benchmarking and market analysis using industry surveys and
• Leverage AI tools, compensation analytics, and predictive insights to advise leadership, empower
• Partner with People leaders, Finance, and executive stakeholders to align compensation structures
• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to People Business Partners and Talent

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a closely related
• Proven experience designing and scaling compensation programs within a global organization.
• Strong experience working in a fast-growing global Software-as-a-Service or technology company
• Extensive knowledge of compensation strategy, market benchmarking, pay structures, job
• Experience managing global compensation cycles covering merit increases, bonuses, equity, and
• Strong analytical skills and experience using compensation data, market surveys, workforce
