Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager

📋 Description

• Define, execute, optimize the competitive intelligence program through feedback and engagement with
• Equip sales team with key positioning and messaging to navigate competitor activity as part of the
• Uncover competitive differentiation and have thorough knowledge of Win/Loss and competitor
• Monitor and assess competitor activity and report back to stakeholders and/or field in a timely
• Train field teams on latest competitor intelligence and strategies to win.
• Work with product and PMM to articulate messaging and GTM approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep fluency in IT and Digital Operations.
• 5+ years leading competitive intelligence for a product or product lines; SaaS B2B strongly
• Field focused, delivering messages, tools and approaches to differentiate PagerDuty.
• Ability to frame problems, balance trade-offs, and synthesize clear solutions.
• Ability to plan work, handle ambiguity, and deliver timely, high-quality content.
• Ability to organize complex information, simplify and inspire the field.
