📋 Description

• Advise senior stakeholders across product, BD, marketing, ops, and regions.
• Regulatory guidance for new product launches, partnerships, and journeys.
• Assess licensing implications for expansion across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with local Compliance Officers across markets.
• Partner with Legal, AML, Risk, and Audit on regulatory matters.
• Support regulatory inspections and governance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of compliance experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong background in compliance advisory or regulatory roles.
• Proven experience advising senior stakeholders on product and regulatory matters.
• Experience handling cross-border regulatory issues and multi-jurisdiction matters.
• Knowledge of licensing frameworks, conduct risk, and regulatory perimeter.
• Ability to operate independently and exercise sound regulatory judgment.
