Senior Compliance Associate, KYC

📋 Description

• Independently perform KYC onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews
• Assess complex customer information, apply sound, risk-based judgment within your authority, and
• Support junior analysts through guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback on review quality and
• Contribute to KYC procedures and operational guidance, identifying areas that need clarification or
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to resolve KYC challenges and support
• Communicate with enterprise partners, customers, and their Compliance teams to obtain information

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of US KYC requirements, including customer identification, beneficial
• Experience independently performing KYC reviews, assessing complex cases, and documenting
• Ability to support junior analysts through practical guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate blockers and
• Experience contributing to procedures and operational guidance that support consistent KYC reviews.
