Senior Compliance Assurance Officer

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver compliance assurance reviews across EMAP regions.
• Plan scope, testing approach, and review programmes.
• Test and validate controls; conduct fieldwork and fact-finding.
• Produce clear findings reports with risks and actions.
• Drive remediation with business owners and track closures.
• Help evolve the assurance methodology and GenAI tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in compliance monitoring, testing, audit, or similar role.
• Experience in a large regulated environment.
• Experience with EU privacy and data protection regs.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English.
• Professional audit qualification such as ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
