Senior Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a compliance advisor for new product development, ensuring alignment with federal/state
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to embed compliance into
• Review implementation logs and documentation to support bank partner approvals
• Design and operationalize end-to-end compliance workflows, transitioning manual processes into
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor compliance health, regulatory obligations, and
• Continuously improve compliance systems, tools, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6-10 years in compliance or risk management within fintech or financial services
• Experience with consumer lending and bank partnerships strongly preferred
• CRCM, CUCE, CUCO, CFE, CIA, or similar credentials are a plus
• Working knowledge of state and federal consumer protection regulations (ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA
• Proven ability to design scalable compliance workflows and leverage technology for automation
