📋 Description

• Build the business case and roadmap for compliance investments.
• Lead gap assessments and readiness across frameworks; produce baselines.
• Select and manage third-party assessors; ensure timelines.
• Drive audit readiness with evidence collection and monitoring.
• Support security reviews, RFPs, and due diligence as the compliance voice.
• Build and lead a small team; hire, guide, and scale program operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security or compliance; 5+ years leading SaaS/PaaS programs.
• Deep command of the compliance lifecycle: scoping, gaps, controls, monitoring.
• Proven senior-level cross-functional influence across Eng, Product, Legal, Sales.
• Track record selecting/managing third-party assessors and advisory firms.
• Experience building and leading small teams in fast-paced environments.
• 1–2+ years using AI tools to improve program efficiency.
