Senior Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) with reviews and remediation.
• Deputise for the MLRO and Head of Compliance as required.
• Oversee regulatory recordkeeping and reporting obligations.
• Review client-facing marketing material for MiFID II compliance.
• Assist with regulatory liaison and reporting to MFSA or authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in law, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in compliance, legal or regulatory roles in financial services.
• Experience dealing with regulators and auditors, managing reviews and investigations.
• Strong project management and remediation track record.
• Understanding MFSA regulatory framework, MiFID II and EU regs.
• Excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
