📋 Description

Lead the Netherlands FCC function as MLRO; liaison with regulators.
Design and maintain local AML/CTF/Sanctions framework to EU standards.
Oversee identification, review, and submission of UTRs to FIU-Nederland.
Guide onboarding of complex high-risk clients and new NL products.
Lead FCC governance with the Board and Risk Committees; MI reports.
Audit & remediation: drive responses to inspections and AML reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
8+ years in financial crime compliance; 2+ in senior leadership/MLRO roles.
Regulatory expertise: Dutch AML/CTF, Wwft, EU Directives; DNB familiarity.
Auditing or regulator interaction experience.
Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
