Senior Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Act as CySEC registered Compliance Officer for EXANTE.
• Design, own and maintain the compliance framework and controls.
• Serve as main liaison with CySEC on regulatory matters.
• Ensure independence of the compliance function and continuity plans.
• Lead the annual Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Programme.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law, Economics, or Finance.
• Valid CySEC Advanced Certification and registration.
• Significant compliance exp in CySEC/MiFID II firms.
• Proven design and execution of Compliance Risk Assessments.
• Experience with CySEC inspections and regulatory queries.
• Knowledge of MiFID II, ESMA guidelines, AML/CFT.
