Senior Compliance Officer / MLRO

📋 Description

• Lead FCA EMI regulatory program as MLRO & DPO.
• Ensure UK GDPR and AML/CTF compliance across the business.
• Design and maintain the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management program.
• Oversee AML/CTF framework, SARs, PEPs, and monitoring.
• Monitor Data Protection: DPIAs, ROPA, DSARs, breach response.
• Train staff and drive a proactive compliance culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, or Business; professional certs desired.
• 5-7+ years in a UK FCA-regulated financial institution (EMI/PI/Bank).
• Deep knowledge of AML/CTF regs, FCA Handbook, UK GDPR.
• Proven leadership with FCA/NCA and reporting to Board.
• Tech-savvy with Sumsub, LexisNexis, and TM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal regulatory reporting skills.
