Senior Compliance Officer – Surveillance

📋 Description

• Set strategic APAC trade surveillance roadmap across equities, derivatives and commodities
• Own APAC surveillance program for multiple markets and lead a surveillance team
• Investigate and resolve trade surveillance alerts for market abuse typologies
• Manage alert queues and respond to regulatory and exchange inquiries
• Collaborate with software teams on surveillance platform enhancements
• Design surveillance coverage for new markets and asset classes

🎯 Requirements

• Significant trade surveillance experience in financial services
• Proven capability to lead a surveillance function or team
• Strong knowledge of market abuse typologies (spoofing, layering, ramping, wash trading, insider
• Experience with CSRC program trading rules, SFC Code of Conduct, or ASIC Market Integrity Rules
• Experience with surveillance platforms (OneTick, SMARTS, Nice Actimize or equivalent)
• Programming experience with Python or SQL and data analysis skills
