Senior Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct ongoing AML scenario reviews and sanctions-related checks in line with regulatory
• Obtain, manage, and maintain access/permissions for compliance data sources and reporting tools
• Generate and maintain compliance reports and data sets required by the compliance team and
• Monitor Turkish regulatory updates and assess compliance impact on existing workflows
• Support internal and external audits with data, documentation, and analysis
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and case files

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, ideally in fintech, financial services, or crypto
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills - proficiency in Excel, SQL, or compliance/AML
• Ability to interpret and apply Turkish regulatory guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication (Turkish and English)
