Senior Computer Vision Engineer (Action Recognition)

📋 Description

• Defining and prioritizing technical experiments to validate CV risks in retail stores
• Designing end-to-end CV/ML pipelines on real-world video data
• Setting up and refining the annotation workflow for training/test datasets
• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to align roadmaps
• Selecting and optimizing CV architectures for action detection in unconstrained environments
• Providing technical leadership for video-based CV applications

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in CS/EE/Math; advanced degree a plus
• Hands-on CV/ML with production deployment experience
• End-to-end CV/ML systems 0→1 (commercial products preferred)
• Video-based pipelines and action recognition expertise
• Strong Python and ML/CV framework skills with real-world data
• Eligible to work in Tampere, Finland
