Senior Computer Vision Engineer (Action Recognition)

📋 Description

• Define experiments to validate CV model risks (precision/recall/latency) in stores.
• Design end-to-end CV/ML pipelines from video ingestion to deployment.
• Set up annotation workflow to create training/testing video datasets.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to define requirements, milestones, roadmaps.
• Select and optimize CV architectures for action detection in unconstrained environments.
• Provide technical leadership in video-based CV and establish best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in CS, EE, Mathematics or related field.
• Hands-on CV/ML experience, building and deploying models in production.
• End-to-end CV/ML systems from 0 to 1, ideally commercial products.
• Strong expertise with video-based pipelines and action/behavior recognition.
• Solid Python software engineering and experience with noisy data.
• Excellent English and eligible to work in the hiring location.
