Senior Computer Vision Engineer (Action Recognition)

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery for action recognition in live retail
• Build end-to-end CV/ML prototypes from data to deployment
• Define experiments to validate precision, recall and latency
• Design CV/ML pipelines for real-world video data
• Create and refine annotation workflows for training data
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• Significant hands-on CV/ML experience, including production model deployment
• Proven end-to-end CV/ML systems 0→1 with commercial products preferred
• Strong expertise in video-based pipelines and action/behavior recognition
• Solid software engineering skills (Python and modern ML/CV frameworks) and noisy data
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, prioritize experiments, and communicate in English
