Senior Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer (Medical Imaging)

📋 Description

• Understand clinical problems that can be solved by advanced and emerging imaging modalities and ML
• Develop and optimize advanced image analysis, computer vision, and machine learning algorithms and
• Analyze data acquired with novel imaging systems
• Develop system concepts, which meet complex requirements
• Collaborate, coordinate, mentor, and lead engineers in a multidisciplinary team to develop
• Independently solve complex problems and share solutions

🎯 Requirements

• MSc or Ph.D. in Biomedical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM field
• At least six years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Python, computer vision and machine learning frameworks, and CUDA for development of
• Experience with hyperspectral and/or fluorescence imaging systems, including data analysis
• Experience in defining metrics and datasets, performing error analysis, and training machine
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
