Senior Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and deliver capital construction projects from concept to commissioning.
• Manage site due diligence, permitting, design, procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence across projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with AHJs, landlords, vendors, and contractors.
• Optimize scopes and pricing across civil, structural, MEP, and food production systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil/Mechanical Eng, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years managing large-scale construction (commercial/industrial/food).
• 5–7 years in commercial real estate and F&B construction.
• Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, CAD, AutoCAD, Revit proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across locations.
• Permitting, code compliance, inspections, and occupancy approvals.
