Oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
Lead preconstruction meetings with clients, architects, engineers, subs, and field teams.
Maintain Critical Path Schedule and project milestones.
Coordinate with field leadership on logistics, safety, QA, and staffing.
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
