📋 Description

• Lead a team to drive requirements gathering and client presentations
• Apply business analysis and project management to lead small teams
• Lead overall business analysis consistent with the project plan
• Translate business requirements into solution design
• Lead current-state discovery and document workflows
• Facilitate future-state workflow development and identify gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management consulting, professional services, or Big 4 experience
• Analyze complex issues and distill concepts for clients
• Fully understand client business and become trusted adviser
• Identify risks and collaborate with client to mitigate issues
• Proficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirements
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s or certifications are a bonus
