🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of MMM and marketing analytics experience.
• Explain complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• People leadership: mentor junior team members.
• Degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify new business opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, or similar.
• Commercial acumen: experience selling analytics projects.
