📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of transformation workstreams on AI Content Production accounts, managing project
• Lead scope discussions with client counterparts, proactively manage client expectations, and
• Act as a single point of contact for workstream delivery; establish communication plans, translate
• Lead continuous process improvements within workstreams to streamline briefing, review cycles, and
• Deliver pragmatic operating model and digital transformation projects for regional SEA clients
• Manage sales pipelines effectively, proactively identify and revenue opportunities across active

🎯 Requirements

• Native or business-bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory).
• 6+ years in management consulting, strategic agency operations, or marketing technology
• Hands-on understanding of creative production processes, asset adaptation, DAM/MarTech
• Experience in delivering organizational design, baseline consulting frameworks, business case
• Strong capability in client relationship management, scoping scope of work (SOW) documents, and
• Direct experience in the Automotive industry and deep familiarity with Japanese corporate business
