Senior Consultant - Accounting Advisory

📋 Description

• Design and manage financial reporting processes and filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K)
• Improve and optimize financial and operational accounting functions
• Implement new and existing accounting standards
• Communicate project findings and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with CrossCountry and client teams on issues and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial reporting, operational accounting, or complex transactions
• Experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory)
• Strong accounting background; ability to research complex technical issues
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Willingness to travel domestically 20-30% and hybrid work schedule
