Senior Consultant - Accounting Advisory

📋 Description

• Design financial reporting processes and filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K)
• Improve and optimize operational accounting functions
• Implement new and existing accounting standards
• Communicate project findings to clients
• Collaborate with CrossCountry and client teams on solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial reporting, operations, or related areas
• Experience in professional services (public accounting/advisory/consulting)
• Strong accounting background; research complex technical issues
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• CPA or CA certification preferred
