Senior Consultant – Accounting Advisory (Operational Accounting/Controller)

📋 Description

• Support streamlined monthly close processes.
• Assist cash-to-accrual conversions and schedules.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analyses, and roll forwards.
• Support accounting compliance activities, including tax reporting, 1099 reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Assist ERP implementations, finance transformation initiatives, and system integrations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operational accounting, financial reporting, or related areas.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory).
• Strong accounting background; ability to research complex issues.
• Experience supporting financial reporting and process improvements.
• Hands-on with ERP/reporting tools (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, QuickBooks, SQL, Python).
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve processes.
