Senior Consultant, Adversary Services (Red Team)

📋 Description

• Lead red team, adversary emulation, and purple team engagements; reporting aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and frameworks.
• Detection and response evasion, creation of novel tactics and exploits, simulation of threat actor TTPs, and evolution of C2 infrastructure.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients on security matters, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute sophisticated offensive cybersecurity tradecraft to gain initial access, persistence, escalate privileges, move laterally, and evade detection and response controls.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and proactively identify areas of improvement to enhance our security posture.
• Develop and maintain custom exploit code, scripts, and tools to automate adversary services activities; contribute to internal tradecraft.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in penetration testing/adversary services; 2+ years leading covert Red Team engagements.
• Experience delivering testing on latest threat actor TTPs including APTs, ransomware, insider threats.
• Experience presenting thought leadership (talks, blogs, conferences).
• Deep technical expertise in adversary tradecraft: C2 infra, custom C2 tools (Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic), evasion.
• Extensive experience across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Programming in Python, Ruby, and Go for evasion tooling.
