Senior Consultant (AEC)

📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions translating client processes into Unanet ERP
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live
• Leverage AI tools and automations to improve data migration and onboarding
• Partner with clients to train, adopt, and optimize Unanet solutions
• Maintain product expertise to advise clients on best practices
• Travel up to 30% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ERP implementation or software consulting
• Experience with AEC firms or project-based ERP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Advanced Excel for large data sets
• Strong knowledge: GL, revenue recognition, project cost accounting
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
• Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
