Senior Consultant- Agentic Change Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-scale change enablement for AI/workspace transformations.
• Apply structured change management methods (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) to design strategies.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and identify risks, gaps, and agentic opportunities.
• Define North Star outcomes and KPIs to track adoption and organizational health.
• Document policy/process impact from AI integration and enable workforce enablement.
• Engage executive sponsors; activate change networks to scale adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting.
• Proven proficiency with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) preferred.
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption (Google Workspace, Google Cloud or equivalent).
• Strong narrative/communication skills; able to engage from end users to C-suite.
• Experience influencing across complex organizations; Bachelor’s in related field.
