📋 Description

• Design and execute tailored change strategies for complex AI, cloud, SaaS, and Workspace
• Facilitate discovery workshops and change impact assessments to identify organizational risks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management, management consulting, or a related
• Proven experience applying structured change management methodologies; Prosci/ADKAR certification
• Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or comparable technology
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related
