📋 Description

• Provide timely client service and foster client relationships.
• Design/implement internal control framework; SOX 404(a)/(b) compliance.
• Create process narratives, risk/control matrices, and flowcharts; maintain docs.
• Lead process walkthroughs; evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Identify control deficiencies; propose actionable remediation.
• Assist PM in status tracking, reporting; oversee offshore delivery team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Economics/Business; 2 years SOX-related exp.
• SOX 404(a/b); risk assessment; scoping; risk/control matrices.
• Interviews/walkthroughs; document processes with flowcharts or narratives.
• Evaluate/test internal controls; key business processes.
• Lead audit/advisory projects; remediation and process improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration; deadlines; SOX compliance; AuditBoard/Canvas/Workiva/MS Visio.
