• Assess current-state requirements elicitation, documentation, and process practices across the
• Design and build documentation templates and requirements-elicitation standards, adapted to the
• Build and refine a supporting AI-assisted intake tool (e.g., in Gemini) that guides consistent
• Plan and deliver all hands-on coaching, structured workshops, and office hours
• Iteratively refine materials and tooling based on real usage patterns and stakeholder feedback
• Manage delivery schedule around the client's operational calendar and business constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering/elicitation within an Agile framework
• Experience coaching, teaching, or enabling others
• Prior experience at a senior level owning requirements/process-improvement work directly
• Comfort and professionalism engaging directly with client stakeholders
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, Claude)
• Comfortable working independently with light oversight
