🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or a related
Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes and translate them into clear
Strong proficiency with process mapping and visualization tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
