Senior Consultant - Capital Markets Post-Trade Operations

📋 Description

• Evaluate front-to-back trade flows to identify standardization issues and automate STP improvements
• Design operating models and future-state processes to boost efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop automated client solutions
• Engage stakeholders across front office, operations, technology, and compliance
• Lead assessment workstreams and coach junior team members
• Support proposals and thought leadership in capital markets post-trade operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in management consulting in Corporate/Investment Banking or related FS roles
• Direct knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle: OMS, trade capture, allocation
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer ops, regulatory/tech infra for Equities and Fixed Income
• Familiarity with post-trade infrastructure: DTCC, SWIFT, custodian settlement workflows
• Awareness of trends: 24x5 markets, ISO 20022 migration, tokenization, AI-driven automation
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
