• Execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks
• Take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars)

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree
• 3-6 years relevant working experience
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills; German fluency is a plus
