Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, AI/Computing, CS, Data Science, or related field
3+ years in financial services consulting or equivalent
AI tools, prompt engineering, GenAI proficiency
Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL
Strong communication, analytical thinking, ownership
Foundational knowledge of FS products, ops, and tech
