📋 Description

• Execute transformation projects at clients.
• Perform complex analyses, identify important issues and create relevant solutions and action plans.
• Manage all relevant methodological concepts and tools and implement them at the client's
• Notice and develop commercial opportunities within your expertise together with the team.
• Guide other consultants from the team in achieving deliverables and facilitate personal development.
• Provide internal and external training to share knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry.
• Dutch and English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. French is
• Deep knowledge of financial sector products, trends, and processes on a strategic or operational
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to build expertise in these areas.
