Senior Consultant, HR Advisory (Talent Pool)

📋 Description

• Client-facing role focusing on talent acquisition strategy and service design.
• Balance people, process, and technology in future-state operating models.
• Engage senior HR leaders to assess current-state processes and opportunities.
• Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design across TA services.
• Prepare executive-ready insights and recommendations for leaders.
• Advise on technology enablement within the QWA program.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in management consulting, HR advisory, or related domains
• Client-facing experience leading discovery, workshops, and solution design engagements
• Strong understanding of TA operations, practices, and enabling technologies
• Experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or design thinking training preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
