📋 Description

• Being responsible on your projects: Design and realize key deliverables, take the lead on projects
• Take up a team leadership role: Coach and support new hires and juniors on ad hoc basis.
• Mentor some junior consultants on a quarterly basis by following up on their objectives and giving
• Contribute to business development and internal expertise: Collaborate actively to working groups
• Work on proposals.
• Participate in commercial meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a Master's degree.
• You have 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. If you also speak German
