📋 Description

• Design and realize key deliverables, take the lead on projects, build a strong relationship with
• Coach and support new hires and juniors on ad hoc basis.
• Mentor junior consultants on a quarterly basis by following up on their objectives and giving tips
• Collaborate actively to working groups (sectoral and services).
• Work on proposals and participate in commercial meetings.
• Write papers and articles.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree.
• 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills; German is a plus.
